CAP GALA Success!

CAP Agency’s Annual GALA brought together 280 guests for an evening of connection, generosity, and shared commitment to strengthening our communities. Supporters, partners, volunteers, board members, and staff gathered to celebrate the impact we can make when we work together to help our neighbors thrive.

One of the most meaningful parts of the evening was hearing firsthand stories from those who make the CAP Agency’s work possible. Guests were inspired by remarks from a CAP Agency board member, a dedicated volunteer, and a former client whose journey illustrated the lasting impact of community support. Their stories served as a powerful reminder that behind every program and service are real people whose lives are changed through compassion, partnership, and opportunity.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of attendees, sponsors, donors, and auction participants, the event generated a profit of more than $79,000 that will directly support CAP Agency programs and services throughout Scott, Carver, and Dakota Counties.

These resources will help CAP Agency continue providing critical support for individuals and families facing food insecurity, housing instability, transportation barriers, and other challenges. They will also help expand opportunities for seniors, families, and individuals working toward greater stability and self-sufficiency. As community needs continue to evolve, the support received through the GALA ensures CAP Agency can remain responsive, innovative, and focused on creating lasting impact.
