For over 60 years, CAP Agency has helped individuals and families achieve social and economic well-being through basic needs support, quality education, housing and energy assistance, nutrition, senior services, and community programs.

CAP Agency volunteers help deliver critical programs, build connections, and support neighbors across our community.

I deliver food to seniors in my community and feel truly fulfilled seeing the joy and gratitude on their faces. The smiles remind me how small acts of kindness can make a big difference, especially for those who may feel isolated. It is a meaningful experience that reinforces the value of compassion and community service.
