SENIOR MEALS ON WHEELS
Senior Meals on Wheels is dedicated to ensuring that eligible individuals who are aged 60 and older have access to healthy meals. The program is designed to cater to seniors living in Scott, Carver, and Dakota counties.
The program offers two options for seniors depending on their locations:
- Congregate: meals served midday in Belle Plaine and Jordan.
- Home Delivered Meals: meals delivered directly to seniors in certain cities.
To set up meals for individuals receiving waiver services, please call 952-402-9855. We must have all required information prior to providing meals.

How To Apply?
Adults aged of 60 or older is eligible for meals, regardless of income. A donation of $6 per meal is suggested, but not required. If you are unable to contribute, we will still continue to provide you with meals. Contributions are anonymous and not tracked to clients. You are also able to donate whatever you feel comfortable donating. Providing you with proper nutrition is our main mission.

– CAP Agency accept EW, AC and CADI waivered
