Community Action Partnership of Scott Carver Dakota counties (CAP Agency) is a leading nonprofit organization with offices in Shakopee and Rosemount. We take a comprehensive approach to advocating and empowering self-sufficiency for our neighbors. We deliver individualized solutions through relevant and local services. Through our partnerships, we connect our neighbors to resources they need now and the tools create a better future. We measurably strengthen the communities we serve.
COMMUNITY
We create strong communities with healthy individuals and families, quality education, safe and stable housing. CAP Agency provides immediate support and the tools and resources needed to be self-sufficient for the road ahead.
ACTION
We offer a variety services to individuals of all ages living in Scott, Carver and Dakota counties. Our services focus on five areas of support: crisis intervention, food & nutrition, safe and stable housing, education, and community outreach.
PARTNERSHIP
We partner with individuals, businesses, schools, public agencies, other non-profits and faith-based organizations. We leverage our network of Community Action Agencies throughout Minnesota and the country. Our partnerships are crucial to the success of the people we serve.
