Staff Spotlight: Kimberly Sinnen, Client Services Specialist

“I love working with all my CAP Agency colleagues and our volunteers are the best!” says Kimberly Sinnen, Client Services Specialist. “It’s so fun to see how we all work together to help meet the food and nutrition needs of the people we serve.”

Kimberly is often the very first person our CAP Food Shelf clients meet when they arrive, and her energetic personality, quick smile, and welcoming greeting style makes a wonderful impression. She’s become such an effective goodwill ambassador that it’s hard to believe that it’s only been a little over a year since Kimberly joined the CAP Agency team!

When not on the job with CAP, Kimberly loves to “spend time with my kids and check out all the beautiful waterfalls around the metro area.” She is particularly impressed with Minnehaha Falls locally, of course, but she also notes that “we’ve so enjoyed the waterfalls in North Mankato and Redwood Falls, too!” Weekend road trips are a family highlight, and the beauty of nature is the destination.

If asked what’s on her bucket list of not-to-be-missed experiences, Kimberly (with a big smile, and her eyes twinkling) quickly states “I’m going to Maine someday…lighthouses, fresh seafood, beautiful coastlines!”)

Thank you, Kimberly, for your important service as a member of our CAP Agency Food Shelf team! CAP’s food and nutrition programs ensure that all individuals and families have access to healthy food that supports adequate nutrition for our neighbors.
