Build a Better Future

Community Action Partnership (CAP) Agency assists and empowers people to achieve social and economic well-being in partnership across our communities – Scott, Carver, and Dakota counties. We create a strong, healthy, community of connected individuals and families with accessible, high-quality education, safe and stable housing and energy support, and fulfilling employment for all.

October 9, 2021, we are hosting our inaugural Dinner event to celebrate and “Build a Better Future” at the Mystic Lake Events Center. The event will feature an engaging program, activities, great food, and live music, featuring The Sun Dogs, to enjoy and dance to. This celebration will focus on raising funds to support our programs for the diverse communities we serve in 2021-2022.
