SNAP Referral

HOW WE HELP?

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) is a food program that is run by the county. CAP will provide preliminary screening to help determine eligibility and referral to county of residence for application. We partner with state and local agencies, community and faith-based organizations, and others to assist those experiencing financial difficulty with buying food.
