Family Services & Advocacy


 CAP offers an integrated service delivery. This means that if you come in for assistance, our Family Services Advocates  will work with you to determine all the services and programs you may quality. It is a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation and advocacy for options to meet an individual’s holistic needs. 


We offer comprehensive, holistic assistance to achieve stability, which is required as our clients move towards self-sufficiency.

If you are concerned about an approaching issue, we can assist with services and support to help families and individuals weather life’s storms.

Goal Planning

Our Family Service Coordinators work with clients on immediate needs, but also help them plan for the future. Our goal planning assistance can help families put a plan in place to ensure their success and stability.

Emergency Services

In situations when crisis prevention is not possible, CAP offers Emergency Services. CAP can provide resources and referrals, direct financial assistance, prescription assistance and case management to households who are trying to maintain or achieve stability.

We create, coordinate and implement – in a team environment – an immediate and effective emergency management response plan that responds to a crisis situation for individuals and families. We partner with individuals and families to make critical decisions in times of extreme pressure and quickly changing variables. Individuals and families utilizing emergency assistance will be able to maintain a safe and healthy environment and have an emergency plan/contact.
