CAP Youth Ambassador Generates Community Support For 8 Years and Counting

Sanya Pirani has been our Youth Ambassador since 2015. She is a published author of the novel High Tide and the founder/CEO of the non-profit organization, Sanya’s Hope For Children, which was founded in January 2017.

Sanya’s inspirational leadership and dedication to service in our community have supported our childrens’ service programs over the years. Her service journey began when she was only seven and a half years old. Under Sanya’s leadership, SHFC has successfully raised over $120,000 worth of goods and monetary donations every year for homeless and marginalized families. As a CAP Agency Ambassador, she raised over $80,000 worth of goods and monetary donations every year for the CAP Agency alone. In addition, Sanya launched her online marketplace to sell her products, and 100% of her profit is dedicated to helping children and families in need. Sanya leads and coordinates many projects with CAP such as food, socks, and book drives, along with helping CAP with Hope for the Holiday program and Head Start program.

Sanya leads, engages, trains, and share her knowledge about CAP and SHFC initiative as an ambassador. During the pandemic, she developed free sewing classes for youth and adults in-person and online to persuade her students to sew to contribute to her project. She also continues to inspire youth and the community through public speaking and her column in the Prior Lake newspaper.
