Bonus February Food Distribution Success!

Tuesday, February 17, 2026, was a remarkable day for the CAP Agency and for the communities we serve. Food is a high need right now, and to combat this need, CAP scheduled a bonus Free Food Distribution. CAP, partners, and volunteers of these distributions want to provide as much access as possible to the community. We are proud to report that we served 239 households, 364 children, 410 adults, and 143 seniors. In total, we provided food for 917 individuals.  

In addition to the number of people we served, the day was filled with heartfelt moments that touched everyone involved. Volunteers worked with warmth — despite the cold temperatures — to reflect our message to the community. The success of Tuesday’s distribution proves that we could not do this without our dedicated volunteers and the generosity of our partners. 

As the demand for food continues to grow, CAP remains committed to showing up for our community and expanding access. Tuesday was a powerful reminder of what people can accomplish when working together, and why this work matters.
